Just announced: Maupin Meetup 2025
Come one, come all, to the 2025 Current Flow State summer meetup at TroutFest in Maupin, Oregon!
We'll be hanging out, fishing, and enjoying each others' company as summer kicks off, during the premier celebration of all things Deschutes.

The Deschutes River Alliance has been running its TroutFest in Maupin for several years now, and they'll be bringing in top presenters and fishy entertainment free of charge, as well as food and beverage options, making for a fun weekend on and off the water.
We have limited riverside campsites reserved at Maupin City Park for those who want to camp and hang out. We'll also be setting meetup times on Friday and Saturday if you want to come and fish along with fellow members and supporters.
Whether you've taken the PCC class or not, participating in the meetup be a great way to scope out some new water, and build some fishing relationships.

Accommodations in Maupin are a little sparse, but the Imperial (next door to city park) and the Oasis both rent rooms and cabins, and additional dispersed camping is available up and down the river. The latter is first-come-first-serve and is usually difficult to come by during the salmonfly hatch.
